Tami LaGrone is a firm shareholder and has been with the firm for over 10 years. She has both law firm and corporate in-house legal experience. Her practice focuses on representing commercial construction clients in transactional matters including the contract negotiation process, payment protection and collection through the Texas lien and bond process, employment law matters, business best practices, wage and hour compliance, immigration compliance, entity formation including HUB/MBE/WBE certification, as well as general business disputes. She is a speaker and educator on construction law, business best practices and employment and regulatory topics. She is involved in numerous construction and business organizations including the Subcontractors Association of the Metroplex (SAM) and Association of Professional Women in Construction, as well as a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Dallas Women Lawyer’s Association, and Texas Women Lawyers’ Association.
